Texas Site Services in San Antonio offers street sweeping, pavement markings and thermoplastic, pressure washing, installation of wheel stops and signage, and other related services. While located in central Texas, we are able to mobilize and provide services statewide. Our motto is “Total Superior Service,” so we train our teams with that in mind. Customer service and satisfaction, clear communication, and job efficiency are highly important to our company.
Dax winslett & Brooke Simmons

Texas Site Services was founded in January 2020 by husband and wife team Dax Winslett and Brooke Simmons. Dax had been in the sweeping industry for many years before launching TSS. He previously owned and operated a sweeping company in 2005 as well as served as General Manager for another sweeping company before considering the launch of Texas Site Services, while Brooke came from a seasoned career in psychology and educational leadership. Those years of experience enabled the leadership duo to develop a business plan with a focus on providing superior services to their clients with excellent customer service.
Dax and Brooke have five daughters and enjoy spending time traveling with their family.

Chip Hodges
COO
Chip is our Chief Operations Officer. He joined TSS in 2020 during the start up phase and has been integral in growing the company and organizing the teams. Chip is a veteran of the United States Army and brings with him training on how to efficiently organize job schedules and material supplies, as well as previous sales and marketing experience. This allows for our crews to quickly mobilize and complete jobs on time.
In his free time you will find Chip on a golf course or playing with his golden retriever, Ivy.

Shawna West
Office Manager
Shawna is our Office Manager. She has been with TSS since 2020. Shawna manages all of our office operations and keeps payroll, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payments running smoothly. She also maintains contracts and compliance.
Shawna enjoys family time with her husband and adult daughter. She also spends her spare time cooking and reading.
Dennis Greer
Shop Manager
Dennis is our Shop Manager. He has been with TSS since 2020, with many years of experience in auto mechanics he is able to keep our trucks maintained and running smoothly. His team maintains our fleet of vehicles with regular repairs and maintenance.
In his spare time you can find Dennis playing pool or enjoying target practice.
Mabrie winslett
Marketing Manager
Mabrie joined TSS in 2022 as our Marketing Manager after completing her degree in Communications at Texas Tech University. She supports TSS with marketing, estimating, and social media presence. Mabrie supports our customer relations.
In her free time she enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
Alexander Brown
Sweeping Manager
Alexander came to TSS in 2024 as our Sweeping Manager after serving as an Airfield Management Operations Supervisor in the United States Air Force. This experience in scheduling, organizing, and mobilizing teams in a high pressure environment allowed him to easily transition into managing and scheduling our sweeping jobs which run 24/7.
Alex supports Veterans through Frontline Heroes Outdoors as a Mission Coordinator. He has a dog named Moose that he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with.
